Hi all

I recently purchased an S1 Stylophone and am having a lot of fun with it! But I wanted to get some feedback on this issue. When sliding the stylus between notes it will often not make a smooth transition and the result is like a little pop as it changes notes.

I've read about cleaning the keyboard with a metal cleaner (which I have yet to do, only wiped over with a tissue) but the S1 is fairly new and I have kept it out of dust. Is it common for dirt to build up so quickly in the key lines and cause this problem?

I too have that same problem. It is there everytime mine makes contact.

I've got the same fault - having to cut the clicks out in an audio editor - v time consuming - but not the end of the world - some clicks are part of the beast - but these are painful!

So no info on if this is fixable. I sent both my units to your factory and still no more talk of it. Oh well.
